Awet and Meile’s love story began in August of 2022, with a little help from social media. Awet first noticed Meile on Instagram and couldn’t help but feel drawn to her. Then, fate (and a little nudge from Facebook) brought her back into his view, and he knew he had to reach out. He wasted no time, sending a message that would spark something special. As they started talking, their connection grew effortlessly, each conversation more meaningful than the last. What started as a casual exchange quickly blossomed into something deeper, with Awet visiting Meile in person not long after. From that moment on, it was clear that they had found something rare and beautiful—an undeniable bond that only grew stronger with time.
